App vs Mobile Browser — What is the difference?
Many people ask — is it better to download the app, or is it fine to just open the site in a mobile browser? The good news with 89 app is that the same account and wallet balance work in both places at the same time. The balance you see when logged in on the app will be exactly the same as what you see in the browser.
However, using the dedicated app offers some advantages — such as push notifications, faster loading and a cleaner layout fitted to your screen. Playing in the browser works perfectly well, but the app provides a slightly smoother experience.
| Feature | 89 app | Mobile Browser |
|---|---|---|
| Account and Balance | Same | Same |
| Push Notifications | Available | Not available |
| Optimised Layout | Full | Partial |
| Deposit / Withdrawal | Available | Available |
| Support Chat | Available | Available |
Mobile Login and Account Security
To log in to 89 app, enter your registered username and password. The detailed login process is shown on the 89 Login page. Once logged in, keep a few things in mind to keep your account secure.
- Keep screen lock on: Setting a PIN, pattern or fingerprint lock on your phone will prevent anyone else from opening the app.
- OTP verification: If you receive an OTP for login or a transaction, use it yourself only — do not share it with anyone.
- Keep your password private: Do not share your password with anyone, familiar or not — the support team will never ask for your password.
- One account only: Each player is allowed one account — opening multiple accounts is against the rules.
Some tips for running the app smoothly
A stable internet connection is essential when playing live casino or sports betting. If using mobile data, a 4G or 5G connection is preferable. Wi-Fi is ideal when available — especially for live games.
89 app is updated regularly, and each update brings performance improvements and new features. Always update the app through official channels — do not use any third-party sites or links.
Keeping some free storage on your phone helps the app run more smoothly. Clearing old cache can also help if the app is running slowly. It is also important to maintain responsible gaming habits — set a fixed time limit and budget for your play.
Benefits of starting to play on 89 app
On your first deposit you will receive a 150% bonus, up to ৳10,000 — wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
